Warranty

5-Year Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Voltra products are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

During the warranty period, Voltra will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product (with new or refurbished equivalent), or
  • Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
