About Voltra
Australian Designed. Australian Built. Engineered for Real-World Performance.
Voltra is an Australian-owned energy company designing and building transportable energy systems for the way Australians live, work and explore.
Founded by Jo Kaiser (Director), Donnel Barth (Director), and Tim Barth (Lead Product Designer), Voltra was created to address a gap in the market — between permanently installed home battery systems and small consumer power stations. We saw that Australians needed serious energy capacity in a format that could be moved between a home, a shed, a ute and a remote worksite.
The Voltra V16 is our flagship transportable energy system — approximately 16 kWh of LiFePO₄ storage with 5 kW continuous pure sine wave output. It is designed for home backup during power outages, remote properties, farms, off-grid cabins, construction sites, tradespeople, emergency response and anywhere reliable energy is required without dependence on petrol generators.
Our products are designed, engineered and developed in Australia, with enclosures fabricated locally through Australian manufacturing partners. By combining Australian design and manufacturing with carefully selected global electrical components, Voltra delivers robust energy systems built for real-world performance.
Every Voltra system is designed with durability, serviceability and outdoor reliability in mind. We believe customers should be able to move one energy system between the workshop, ute, farm, shed or home — rather than purchasing multiple specialised products.
We believe access to reliable energy should not be limited by location.
